• Listings found to contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content may be removed without prior notice.

• Any payments made through the Platform (e.g., promotions, subscriptions) are subject to third-party payment provider terms.
• Users are encouraged to verify all financial transactions independently before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and design, is the intellectual property of iListed or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from iListed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

iListed provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to property transactions, disputes, or data loss.

Termination
